Merchants under $100k a month had no account manager, and every new country meant a manual loop through CS, Compliance, and Tech. I built a self-serve path for low-risk merchants: manual support tickets fell by two-thirds in a quarter, and upsells grew 18%.

Acquired 80+ international merchants, generating $30M+ in new processing volume over 18 months. Co-led LatAm localization, including a Mexico installment integration that lifted AOV by 126% MoM.
